Description

Le plateau-support PFERD COMBICLICK CC-H-GT 115-125 M14 permet d'utiliser les outils COMBICLICK sur les meuleuses d'angle courantes de Ø 115 et 125 mm, avec une fixation M14. Version dure (repérée en bleu), à privilégier pour l'usinage de l'acier inoxydable.

Le système COMBICLICK associe un plateau-support spécial à une fixation stable à l'arrière de l'outil. La géométrie des fentes de refroidissement assure un débit d'air élevé qui réduit la contrainte thermique sur l'abrasif et sur la pièce. Dans le meilleur des cas, PFERD indique 30 % de température en moins sur la pièce, 25 % d'enlèvement de matière en plus et 30 % de durée de vie en plus.

  • Dureté : dure (CC-H-GT), représée en bleu.
  • Pour disques de Ø 115 et 125 mm, filetage M14.
  • Vitesse de rotation maximale : 13 300 tr/min, vitesse périphérique maximale autorisée : 80 m/s.
  • Système de serrage rapide : changement d'outil très rapide et maniement confortable.
  • Contrainte thermique nettement réduite grâce aux fentes de refroidissement.
