Le disque fibre PFERD FS 125-22 VICTOGRAIN-COOL 36 offre un enlèvement de matière maximal et une durée de vie très longue pour un ponçage extrêmement agressif sur l'acier, l'acier inoxydable et les matériaux durs. Le grain triangulaire VICTOGRAIN et les agents abrasifs actifs du revêtement évitent l'encrassement et permettent un ponçage sans échauffement.

  • Ø extérieur 125 mm, Ø d'alésage 22 mm, grain 36.
  • Abrasif VICTOGRAIN-COOL.
  • Vitesse de rotation maximale : 12 200 tr/min (vitesse périphérique maximale : 80 m/s).
  • Disque en fibre vulcanisée selon la norme ISO 16057, forme A1, version F.
  • Conditionnement : 25 pièces.
  • Rentabilité élevée grâce à une longue durée de vie et à une très forte performance d'enlèvement.
  • Finition de surface homogène et bonne adaptation au contour grâce à une flexibilité élevée.

Matériaux et applications

  • Acier, acier moulé, acier inoxydable (INOX), aciers jusqu'à 1 200 N/mm², alliages à base de nickel (Inconel, Hastelloy) et métaux non ferreux durs.
  • Usinage des cordons de soudure et des surfaces, chanfreinage, ébavurage, égalisation.

Conseils d'utilisation et sécurité

  • Utilisez le disque fibre avec un plateau-support pour meuleuse d'angle, conformément à la norme ISO 15636. Le plateau-support se commande séparément.
  • Une huile à rectifier adaptée au matériau améliore nettement la durée de vie et le rendement.
  • Ne dépassez jamais la vitesse maximale indiquée.
