Description
Les manchons abrasifs cylindriques PFERD GSB se montent sur les porte-manchons PFERD GK pour le ponçage, l'ébavurage et la finition de surfaces ou d'intérieurs de pièces. Deux types d'abrasif sont proposés.
Choisir l'abrasif
- Corindon A : pour les applications universelles (grains 60, 150 et 240).
- Grain céramique CO-COOL : pour un enlèvement de matière maximal sur l'acier inoxydable, avec un échauffement limité (grain 80).
Caractéristiques
- Forme cylindrique, diamètres de 10 à 60 mm, hauteurs de 20 à 30 mm.
- Le diamètre intérieur du manchon correspond au diamètre extérieur du porte-manchon GK associé.
- Vitesse de rotation optimale : de 30 000 - 44 000 tr/min (Ø 10 et 13 mm) à 6 500 - 9 500 tr/min (Ø 60 mm).
- Conditionnement : 100 pièces.
Conseils d'utilisation
Montez le manchon sur le support de même diamètre et respectez la plage de vitesse indiquée. Portez des lunettes de protection, des gants et un masque anti-poussières.

In-stock items are delivered within 48–72 hours from our warehouse in Saint-Doulchard (Cher). Special-order items are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. DPD delivery costs €5.95 including VAT and is free on orders of €49 or more including VAT.
